- Wowcher codes look like this: A2B3C4-D5E6F7
- You will need to apply your Groupon / Wowcher code as a COUPON at Checkout.
- If you are booking for a weekend, there will be a £10 per participant weekend surcharge, and spectator fees may also apply, so there may be an amount still to pay even after your coupons have been applied.
IF YOU ARE BOOKING WITH A GROUPON we need BOTH the SECURITY CODE and the GROUPON CODE as shown below:
If you have multiple Groupons, enter all the security codes, separated with a comma.
Apply the Groupon Codes / Wowcher Codes as a Coupon one at a time. Enter each code, then click ‘Apply Coupon’. Repeat until you have applied all your coupons.

Choose the experience you want Owl / Falconry and Midweek / Weekend (remember there is a £10 per participant weekend surcharge).
If you are booking for more than one PARTICIPANT, then add the additional participants now.
So the booking shown above is for 2 PARTICIPANTS (yourself and 1 additional person).
If you are bringing any SPECTATORS, add them to your booking now.
Spectators must be pre-booked, and we cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate any additional spectators on the day.
Click ‘Add extra’
Select the number of spectators you want to bring with you.
In this booking, there is one adult spectator. We can accommodate child spectators only if they are supervised by an adult spectator.
Click ‘Continue’ and you will be shown the calendar with dates that have enough spaces for your booking.
Select a day, to see what times are available on that day.
If there is only one time available, it will be pre-selected. Click ‘Continue’
If there is more than one time available, the first will be pre-selected. Choose your time and click ‘Continue’.
Enter your own name, email, and phone number (i.e., this is the person making the booking and the person that we will correspond with regarding the booking).
Let us know the age ranges of the PARTICIPANTS in the booking.
Click ‘Confirm’ to confirm the details of your booking.
You will be taken to the Shopping Cart.
Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
Enter your address.
Click ‘Continue’ to be taken to the ‘Additional Information’ tab.
We want everyone to have fun — please let us know if, or anyone in your party, requires any special accommodations to attend! We will do our best to meet special needs.
If there is anything else that you would like us to know, for example that this is a surprise for someone’s birthday, just add a note here.
Click ‘Continue’ to be taken to the review and payment tab.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING WITH A GROUPON we need both the security code and the groupon code as shown below:
If you have multiple Groupons, enter all the security codes, separated with a comma. Apply the Groupon Code as a Coupon one at a time.
If you have booked for a weekend, or added spectators to your booking. There may be a surcharge still to pay. This will be shown as remaining balance.
Check the box to say that you agree to our terms and conditions.
Click Proceed to Paypal, or select ‘Credit Card (stripe) to pay via credit / debit card.
Enter Card details (if paying by card)
‘Place Order’ or ‘Proceed to Paypal’ (if paying using Paypal)
Click Place Order / Proceed to Paypal / or enter your credit / debit card details and click place order.
Your booking will be complete. We will manually check your security code with Groupon before we approve your booking.
