You can book a date which is after your voucher expires as long as you create your booking before your voucher expires. Expired Groupons will be rejected.
BOOK THE CORRECT NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
It is your responsibility to book the correct number of participants for your Groupon.
On the booking wizard – see option ‘Bringing anyone with you?’ add extra participants here! The system assumes 1 person, so add 1 Additional Participant to make a booking for 2.
If you book fewer participants than your Groupon covers, then your booking will be for the number you booked, NOT the number on your Groupon.
If you book more than your Groupon covers, we will reduce the number of participants on your booking.
Upgrade to a Weekend – +£10 per Participant
As detailed on your Groupon, a surcharge is payable for weekend bookings.

Our ‘Select’ owl or falconry 60 minute handling experiences take place near Dorking, in Surrey. Choose between a midweek or weekend (+£10) booking.
In our main sessions, we can accomodate participants aged 5 and over. Although smaller / younger children may not be physically able to handle all the birds in the session, they will get the opportunity to get up close with them, and to ask questions. The recommended minimum age is 10, and a minimum 135cm in height.
NO EXPERIENCE SESSIONS
NOVEMBER – JANUARY
We do not run any owl or falconry experience sessions between November and January.
