CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – 11th May 2020
If your voucher expires on 31st May 2020 and you have not already booked with us, contact us NOW and we will extend your voucher. Email us, if possible, giving us the VOUCHER CODE and the SECURITY CODE, along with your name and a contact phone number.
Following the prime minister’s announcement on 10th May, and in line with the latest Government advice on social distancing, we remain closed for experiences until further notice. We will be contacting everyone that has an experience already booked, to arrange a new date.
We are currently hoping to re-open in July, though this could change, as it is a very fluid situation.
We have opened up our booking window to 18 months in advance, so customers who would like to make a booking, are still able to do this.
Any existing gift vouchers purchased from us will be extended free of charge, so that you can use them to book later this year. From today, all new experience vouchers will be valid for 2 years, and our generic (face-value) gift vouchers never expire, as always.
If your voucher is from a third party seller, contact us before it expires and we’ll get you booked in for later in the year, or next year.
