We are a small and friendly firm who aim to please.
In order to enable us to give the best service we can we have a few simple rules:
- The hawks are our number one priority, and we therefore have a zero tolerance policy as regards any abuse towards them
- Once you have confirmed with us the date on which you are going out with us you will not be able to cancel and re-book without at least two weeks notice and it is at our discretion to decide, we understand that sometimes illness or unavoidable problems may cause you to be absent on the day, but we cannot pass this cost on to other customers, it simply isn't fair.
- We will not take responsibility for any personal belongings you bring with you, this includes your vehicle and clothing as well as any other items.
- We cannot guarantee the weather, though you will be surprised at how little it actualy rains in England, It rarely spoils the day but it can happen
- We do not take spectators on any of our activities, this is a special experience that is enjoyed by a small group of four people. All places have to be paid for
